Waabooz Cosmetics is a nail polish and nail care brand established August 1st, 2013.

Founded and ran by Alicia De La Cruz, De La Cruz is both a nail polish maker and a beadwork artist. You can find both her work with cosmetics as well as her work with beadwork (Waabooz Beading) on this site.

The story behind WAABOOZ

WAABOOZ (pronounced WAH-BOOZE) means Rabbit in Ojibwe! Alicia is an enrolled member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and wanted to name the brand after HER FAVORITE animal, the rabbit!
