When will my order be delivered?
We ship to the USA & Canada.The time it takes us to pack your order is 3 to 9 business days (unless stated otherwise). Delivery times vary by your location from us. When we ship to Canada, expect a longer wait time for delivery. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Can I Return my product?
Unfortunately, No, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges, however please contact us if there is an issue with your order!
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

What does “21-free” mean?
21-Free' means there is no animal products, toluene, benzene, xylene, formaldehyde releaser, formaldehyde resin, phtalates, cyclic silicones, camphor, MEK, glycol ethers of series E, HQ, MEHQ, TPP, nonylphenol ethoxylated, Tert-Butyl hydroperoxyde, chromium oxide greens, bismuth oxychloride, CMR, synthetic fragrance, ethyl tosylamide in our products!
